As you can see, it is a HUGE CRACK!
I hope the seller will refund my money back since this puzzle is shipped with extra insurance. I want a REFUND together with the shipping cost because I paid the shipping for a broken puzzle??!!!

No way, after paying for it, it would be stupid for me to throw it. By the way, the seller is most probably trying not to refund me because he has not refunded my money even after the incident happened a long time ago.
Wow... that's must be hurt.. how much it has cost.. did you get really pissed off for that... Maybe I'm a bit violent because I might throw the thing away if I know is is cracked..
